Policies

FEES

• Lesson fees are always due on the first lesson of each month.  Students with outstanding lesson fees may not be permitted to continue his/her lessons until fees are paid. 
• Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to "J. LeRoux".  It would be appreciated if those who are paying cash would try to bring exact change. 
• Lesson fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

• Students are only permitted one cancellation every two months.  If there are additional cancellations during a two-month period, the student will be charged for the lesson.
• Students are only entitled to a no-charge cancellation if they give 24 hours notice, and/or if the cancellation is due to illness, weather, car trouble or a family emeregency.
• Exceptions can be made for students going on vacation.
• To cancel a lesson, please call (519) 853-4378 and leave a message if there is no answer.
• Due to instructor's busy performance and rehearsal schedule, make-up lessons cannot be provided.  If a student misses a lesson, he/she will have to wait until the following week for the next one. 

OTHER

• Walk-in consultations cannot be accommodated.  Please call or email to book an appointment or lesson.
• Lesson scheduling is subject to the instructor's availability.  If a desirable lesson time cannot be established, the student will have the option of being put on a waiting list.
• All students under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to their lessons.
